Absolutely horrible service. Was sold not one but two malfunctioning refurbished phones... Then when I asked for an exchange, they told me they'd ship me a completely new phone free of charge. Weeks went by, and no phone. I wrote a letter as well as an e-mail to Verizon-- received zero help & only a response with a number for customer service. Physically went into the store three times and was told the same thing each time: "We'll take care of it on our end, and we will send you a new phone." Guess what, it has now been FIVE months, and after calling & going in on numerous occasions, I am still stuck with the original phone. Worst customer service I have ever had.

The worker is very nice who is named Jason. He really helped so much. Not everyone can take care customers very kind time by time.

I have been a customer of Sam for 20 years. I can't say enough about him and his brother Avi. They have also been so helpful to me and my family. I feel its good to have a good car mechanic you can trust and phone salesman..I trust this team and recommend them highly....
