Hotel Prince Spafford

I have lived here 8 years. I have never had one problem since it is clean the staff is excellent it is better than some of the other apartment budings on the block. The neighborhood wants GENTRIFICATION they like to harrass the owner. The owner is an 87 year old man people have a heart Stay at the hotel you might enjoy it and realize you were wrong

Where to begin. 1st offfffff they ONLY TAKE CASH [That right there, says it all] ; 2nd The elevator was out of service. (Reading from the reviews, its been outta service since 2013) 3. The shower curtain was ummm gross. 4. I discovered a weird looking bug on the pillow as i pulled the sheets off. 5. The tv was probably made the year my grandmother was born (1775) 6. The quality of the towels was eh, bad. 7. There was a sink in the corner of the room, which tbh i dont know what purpose did it serve if there was already a sink in the bathroom. Basically they turned this regular apartment building into a trap hotel, and well what can i say. You get what you pay for and even tho i didnt pay, paying 100$ for not even a whole night is wayyy to much for this place.
Do i recommend???? Of courseeeee NOT.

The Worst looking building , the worst looking nasty rooms with worst possible rate!!! Those rooms are not worth more then $20 a night!!!!!!
++ the worst attitude reception clerk!. Note to the receptionist ; if you don't like that job , do something else..

I stayed there in 2009 for two weeks. what a piece of shit. nothing more than a welfare hotel for$ 70 a night .

Horrible...they should b ashamed....so cruel...disgusting...loud....$110 a night that's so sad....shame on them
