The best affordable hotel in the heart of times square!
Small elevator and simple amenities-(we don't even have cable in our room)
We got a small room with a bad view but the bathroom was big (our curtains don't close :[)
The staff is friendly and approachable
DO NOT TOUCH THE MINIBAR YOUR CARD WILL BE CHARGED EVEN IF YOU TAKE NOTHING
free tee and coffee but no free water bottles :(
I would say you get what you pay for

The location of the hotel was awesome.....it was steps away to time square. We stayed overnight and the room was beautiful..small but comfy for my husband and I.

Great friendly staff. Checked the bed before we sat down and everything was spotless. The room and elevators are small but for being so close to Times Square was worth it. Who goes to NYC to sit in a hotel anyways?? The only downside of our room was that the heater in our bathroom was broken. I know if we told the front office about it during our visit, they would switch us out to another room, but we liked our view. Plus it was around 2 in the morning when we found out anyways, so we didn't feel like doing anything besides sleeping.

What really got my was the mini bar in each room. I really wonder who would pay 10.00 or more for a water bottle? It would have been nice if they had a curtesy mini fridge inside the room instead of a mini fridge stocked with with sensors that charges you $ if you move a sprite soda.

The staff were all polite and helpful. They held our bags after check out for the rest of the day as my girlfriend and I continued to explore NYC. Overall I had a pleasant experience and I would stay there again.

First off the location of this hotel doesn't get any better. I gave it 5 stars because of several reasons.. Now when i booked here it was 3rd party who reserved & she accidentally gave me government rates. So she called back & apologized & gave me a even lower rate i thought ok great she said ill get cancellation email & a new one for new rate next morn no email called the hotel they said that rate was unheard of and she messed up SO WHAT THIS GREAT HOTEL DID WAS STILL GIVE ME THE GOVERNMENT RATE THEY FIGURE ITS NOT MY FAULT A 3RD PARTY MESSED UP now check in isn't until 3pm well me and my wife arrived at 5:40am to beat barricades for new years eve so when we got to the hotel they let us check in 9hrs early. I'll say within 30 steps your directly in the middle of times square. The staff was great at 1 point they even pressed elevator button for you and had great small talk making sure your enjoying your self. Great restaurants in the area also.
