The room is quite spacious. We had a suite with separate bed and sitting areas and a small kitchenette. The rooms are a bit dated, but it adds to the overall charm of the hotel. Close to the subway and right on Broadway, but not in the noisier parts of the city. Quite pleased with our choice.

The rooms were clean and nicely appointed. Wi-Fi was fine. Service was great. Location is great.

So lovely, so nice with a staff and setup that makes one not want to leave. Cozy and comfy with a great continental breakfast spread. Located next to great restaurants and the Opera. Hayes Valley Inn is a gem if you are fine with sharing a bathroom.
