Hotel Americano

I want to say that the staff was wonderful..They tried to please us in every way. Unfortunately I should have read the expedia reviews. Our car didn't fit in the garage we had to drive to (no valet). no gym. We had the nicest room in the hotel and there was a huge piece of cut drywall with a steel door behind it to nowhere and a dirty rag on the ground. No desk sink so tiny and had to put toiletries on floor. Elevator button could be heard bathtub wouldn't drain at all. mildew smell. Beside lamp wouldn't work. concrete floor with a blanket on it for a rug. We ended up leaving before our reservation was up for the Westin. Staff was kind to allow. Starwood category 6 it is not

Very nice boutique hotel (now owned by SPG). Amazing, friendly staff and comfy beds!

Pretty nice modern hotel with a super friendly staff. Didn't like the room design, it was interesting but not comfortable. Walls were thin and my room didn't come with an iron, ironing board or coffee maker. No gym in the building and sprint cellular service was poor.

Rooms are uniquely modern with a retro twist. The customer service is the best I've had in the city. Also an SPG! Will be my hotel of choice from now on.

Only reason I say four stars is because rooms, pool, lobby, downstairs bars are really small. Besides that awesome time great staff beautiful decor. Roof top restaurant was hard to get a seat at kinda uncomfortable. Make sure they explain the process of the elevator key and electric key for the room. We learned the hard way. Let not forget donor disturb
