Hot Yoga 4 You - Locust Valley

I have been going to this studio for a very long time, it has been updated and offers a variety of really great classes in a super clean friendly environment. The staff is wonderful and offers extremely talented instructors.

Hot Yoga 4 You- Locust Valley is awesome! I just started yoga about a year ago. Every instructor that I have encountered has a unique teaching style and it really mixes things up. I have tried almost all of the classes at the studio, and I love them all. I especially love hot yoga fusion with Michael Sheridan and Warm Vinyasa Level II with Lindsey Levin. I highly recommend trying out the studio even as a beginner because there are classes for all experience levels. I always feel challenged, and I have seen a major improvement in my flexibility, and physical and mental strength. As a former gymnast it was natural transition for me!
