It's ok. But they should hire people with better mood. Or at least ask the people working over there to be a little nicer. Also, it's ELIZABETH darn it ! you should have some Spanish speaking person there.

They have the best prices and the best service honestly I break my screens alot and they always do the best and fastest repair I love HOTSPOT. Keep up the good work guys

I've bought so much from their they always treat me well and if something is broken they fix or replace it

I don't recommend anyone buying a cell phone from this store at all!!! I bought a galaxy s5 from this store taking the word of the employees that it was a brand new cell phone. The phone started freezing and battery drained super fast. At first I thought it was do to the fact the phone came wth the original software and the newer apps would create these problems. After a while I noticed the phone wouldn't installed the new software at all. I took it back to the store and when I asked of they can help me they blamed the problem on the carrier I was using and they said for me to switch to the phobed carrier before it was unlocked. When I switched carrier it still didn't fix the issue. I took the phone to best buy so the Samsung techs can take a look at it. They told me whoever I bought the phone from did a whole bunch of mess with it before I bought it and samsung blocked it some type of way in their system and there is no way possible I would be able to update it and I was stuck with a BS phone. I had to buy a brand new phone. I didn't bother taking it back to the store because I knew these cheap guys wouldnt return my money and I definitely wasn't taking another phone from them.

well i get most of my electronics here, vizio 48inch tv, htc phone, sim cards, replacement screen for my laptop, unlocked iphones there great and always on time and have knowledge of almost everything
