The first review was RIGHT ON THE MARK. WHAT A HORRIBLE COMPANY. PRAY you don't want a property that these idiots listed or the process will be 1000 times more difficult than it needs to be. Seems like its a family (fraser) run business and they are very tough to deal with. STEER CLEAR

I don't like using a broker in the first place, because they typically don't really do anything, but we used Bert Gives because he had the listing of a good apartment. All that he did was make the process MORE difficult, kept messing things up, and we ended up not getting the place because of his incompetence. I'm surprised this place is even still open. DO NOT EVER USE THIS BROKER unless you want to lose an apartment you've chosen and gotten attached to.
