If you need to make a pit stop for a quick bite this is the right place for it. Their hot dogs, buns and toppings are very good.

I've been coming to Hot Dog House since I was a wee little tyke. I have some of my fondest memories from this little place, and whenever I pass it on 17, I am elated to see that it's still standing. I'm not a 'hot dog person' but these hot dogs are absolutely amazing. Plain hot dogs, loaded dogs, ALL THE DOGS, are phenomenal. They also have the best fries, served up fresh on a small paper plate in a wax-paper bag. Their staff has always consisted of amiable and kind people. This place if often overlooked for being a small highway dive, but it is certainly worth stopping in for a dog...or in my case, two.
