Went there for a waist cincher, was given a size small to try on. Was told small fit a little "too easily" so we tried on extra small. Size extra small fitted great so I bought it. At home the fit was different because the extra small I thought I had bought was actually a size small (the tag was wrong on the item!). Also apparently I had put it on upside down and was told this affects size. But seeing it was a Small I returned it to store in a hurry(because when I tried to call back to ask more questions within 1min they would not answer the phone!). So I returned it to store and was given an actual size extra-small. But now this size extra-small is too tight!! Turns out that the "extra small" I tried on at store was a new and un-stretched small.The first small I tired on must had been used too many times as a "trial/sample piece" therefore it made me/us think i was a size Extra small. Now I'm stuck with an Extra Small that I'm sure they will not allow me to return again. Now I know why this store is always empty. I know all this is hard to follow. But bottom line is this is; this is what happens when no tape measure is used and client is not given instructions on use. When I returned I should have been checked for correct size (you are the experts not the client right?) Instead of being given a rush service to get me out of there.
