Horizon Nail Spa

I've been going to Horizon Nail Spa at least once a month for the past couple of months, and I every time I go it's a different experience. I only get my eyebrows waxed, which at the cost of $10, you would think that they'd do a thorough job, but I always walk out feeling gypped and not completely satisfied. The staff seems to be in a constant rush, literally pushing me out the door when the wax is over. I get my eyebrows "cleaned up" because I find that a lot of spas remove more hair than a lot of customers desire, so to avoid that I always just ask for a clean up. With that being said, today I walked out with uneven, hairy brows that was not worth the $10. I used to get my eyebrows threaded but again, I have failed to find the perfect spot. And I absolutely dislike the fact that the process is always rushed, wherever I go. It's not that Horizon Nail Spa doesn't do a good job because I've had good experiences with them, but the inconsistency with staff and their speedy service is just not doing it for me; they most definitely overcharge too.

Very friendly Staff. Got a gift certificate from my co-worker in March and I've been back on my own 5 times..!! The additional reflexology massage is Awesome. Very relaxing and calming. Prices are reasonable and you can also find a great coupon on their website!
