Sat as a party of 6 for 30 minutes with no one even asking what we would like to drink. The manager knew we were there because he was putting some tables together and didn't even acknowledge us. When we got up to leave he asked why and when we told him he just turned around to speak to his 4 waiters that were just sitting on a table joking. Horrible!!!

Since the football game wasn't on tv, I decided to come here and watch. Sat down and waited 19 minutes for someone to take my drink order then waited another 7 minutes for them to bring it. Didn't bother ordering food and won't come back. Buffalo Wild Wings blows this place out of the water. This is probably the most pathetic excuse for a restaurant...

Ok here is an current update. Went there for lunch and it was good. Fresh wings and fries. I sat at the bar and the bartender was nice and hot. Food came out very hot and prices were fine. No body was mean or nasty to me or to other customers.

The waitress Denise was terrible. Got mad at me and my boyfriend for ordering water. She barely checked on us and didn't even give me my change back when I paid for my appetizer. Terrible waitress.

Last Friday night fours of ours friend when this placed on Wayne location, the place was semi empty about 10:30pm , well to start with bad experience the waitress "LAURA" wasn't really friendly, no smiling, no eye contact, is like we weren`t there. We order beers and soda, the soda came in a seconds but the beer took quiet few minutes to get to us. Then I noticed that like 3 to 5 Waitress sitting down all together on a table instead checking other customer to see if they need something. Terrible customer services, I really regret going over there, I was on my way to a different restaurant, but want go there and look what happens.
