Faness France and Bill Williams Investigations need you to turn yourself into the FBI for Criminal Conspiracies and Corruption against Faness France and her case as Pro Se 07cv6040.
You Judge Preska committed a dangerous Hanes Corruption Crime against the Plaintiff FANESS FRANCE. You Judge Preska were RECUSED off of FANESS V. VIACOM 07cv6040. You continued to harass and threaten her and keep her LIFE in DANGER.
You Judge Preska took the LEGAL RIGHT from Faness France to legally with the "RULE OF LAW" have her LEGAL RIGHT TO LAW, AND THE LEGAL RIGHTS TO PROTECT HER COPYRIGHTS.
You Judge Preska used RACISM against Faness France to cover-up for all the RICH Defendants and Corporations not to face the LAW for case 07cv6040.
WE HAVE LEGAL PROOF OF ALL ILLEGAL CORRUPTION.
YOU JUDGE PRESKA ALONG WITH MICHAEL D. FRICKLES and JAMES ROSENFELD and DEFENDENTS ILLEGALLY DESTROYED THE LIFE, HEALTH and CAREER OF FANESS FRANCE, ONLY BECAUSE SHE BELIEVES IN THE RULES OF LAW.
YOU JUDGE PRESKA USED ILLEGAL ACTS AGAINST A DECENT LAW ABIDING CITIZEN, FOR YOUR OWN EVIL GREED AND TO PROTECT VIACOM AND OTHER DEFENDENTS NOT TO FACE THE LAWS.
You let VIACOM INCORPORATED AND OTHERS CONTINUE TO STEAL AND USE AND ABUSE ALL OF FANESS FRANCE COPYRIGHTS.
MAIL FRAUD WAS AlSO USED FOR THE CORRUPTIONS.
Judge Preska you used "ABUSE OF POWER" and you feel you are "ABOVE THE LAW" because Faness is Afro-American, and had to sue a rich WHITE CORPORATION.
You Judge Preska did not respect Head Judge KIMBA WOODS, for doing her Legal job.
We need you to turn States Evidence on Viacom Incorporated Legal Counsel Michael D. Frickles and James Rosenfeld and all Defendants.
Before you turn yourself into the FBI Justice DEPARTMENT, this is what we need you to LEGALLY do. We need you Judge Preska to send Viacom an urgent letter head with your signature stating for VIACOM to legally.
1. Have Viacom Incorporated pay Faness France the funds she won by using the "RULE OF LAW" in the sum of $---.- million dollars.
2. Please have Viacom make all payments to her legal Chase Bank Account ####### in installments every six months until PAID LEGAL IN FULL.
3. JUDGE PRESKA IT IS TIME FOR YOU TO FACE OUR LAWS ON YOUR OWN WRONGDOING. PLEASE FOLLOW THE LAWS OR ARE YOU LAWLESS BECAUSE OF THE LIFETIME JOB?
