I came in to look at and test drive the 2016 HRV. They had one on the showroom floor but none available to test drive so I made an appointment for a few days later. I show up for my appointment and the sales associate goes "you're gonna kill me, I forgot to have a car brought up for you to drive". That was annoying, but they assured that they would call me back in the next day or so when one was available and I agreed to come back. This was last Monday, it's now a week and a half later and I have heard nothing from them.

Finance lady name carol.. She will be smiling until the signing portion is done...after ward she is the rudest person ever. After I bought my car I tired to contact couple of time for few questions, she was very rude about that and answered she cant do anything.please dont go to her you will be disappointed.Not helpful at all.

As i entered the dealership a Sales Associate name "Bill" assisted my father and I. His appearance gave up his attitude. He was very un professional and was very rude/disrespectful. I asked for a accord coupe 2016. He pointed me to a 2015 and said this one is better. Clearly not realizing i already knew what i wanted. Second, after realizing i was not a immigrant or a beginner of buying new cars. He started to show a little more respect. But once he went in the office and i followed behind he said very rudely "can u guys get out , did i say come in?" Being a value customer for honda for years and being yelled at is not necessary. Politely he could have said it but the way Bill said it was like if i was his son. His breathe stunk too and he probably was not wearing deodorant. Thee worse experience i have ever had in years. I hope Honda background check there employees or take looks in consideration as well!

Had a few issues with trying to put together a very difficult lease due to a few factors, but found out thru management deals do change all the time and I can't really hold that against them in good conscience. Finance manager Ron was out standing in explaining the do's and don'ts when it comes to the Honda brand also Oscar was very good as well in pointing out the sales side of the Business . I like the open door policy that management has at this location. At the end of the day I'm still a Honda customer.

Thanks to the staff at honda of Vallystream. My car shopping experience was great. The car had a few chips but they quickly responded to fixing them in order for me to have the car by the Hollidays.
