Honda of Tenafly Auto Body

Stay away from this body shop. I want to share my experience and disappointment with d&c honda body shop. Two and a half years ago I went to kia dealership in Tenafly to fix my damaged door. Because I wanted to have a good job done I went to kia where I bought my car and they sent me to D&C Honda of Tenafly. D&C Honda replaced my door and painted but recently my husband noticed that the door is rusting and paint almost coming off the door. So I went back to D&C Honda. I talked to the manager and after looking at my door he promised to fix it. When I came to drop off my car D&C Honda changed their mind and started to blame the door manufacturer. I spent more than two hours waiting and trying to figure out why they changed their mind. For now I am waiting for the receipt and proof if they even used original Kia door as they suppose to. At the same time I already had two estimates/opinions from other body shops and so far they agree with me that the paint job was not done correctly. Really dissatisfied and disappointed!!!!!

The people that work at D&C Honda Auto Body are very helpful!! Steve, the manager is one of the nicest and considerate person i have ever worked with. More body shops should have people like Steve and his staff. They're great. They have done excellent work on my car after a bad accident. Tip top shape.

Once again I brought my Honda Accord in for servicing (oil change and tire rotation) and once again I was more than pleased. Your service department took care of me in record time-- I was in and out in 35 minutes. The service was excellent, the staff sooooooo helpful. Thank you for your excellent service. I am so glad that I purchased my Honda at your dealership. Everyone deserves to be commended. Thank you. I'll be back.

The office staff was friendly,honest and a pleasure to deal with.
