Their prices are decent and they have most common hardware items in stock. However, their customer service leaves much to be desired. Most of the time they make you feel they are doing you a favor by selling something to you or answering a basic question like where something is in the store or if they have something in stock. So, for me, I go there only if I must and try to minimize the interaction with those working there...
