I requested cleaning FIVE DAYS ahead of time. They told me they had NO openings. Then, miraculously they had openings for one day. We called and the phone went to Voicemail 5 times in one day. Then, after business hours, they call me and say the slot was booked.
What kind of professional service uses a cell phone as a business number?
Save your money and time. Ann is troublesome, has no business etiquette and could care less about referrals. What a lame company.
