The absolute worst place to buy windows. Bill is extremely dishonest. We purchased all of our windows for our new home with Bill and he made so many mistakes. A few windows did not pass buidling code and then he billed us for the difference. He also sent us the wrong color hardware on the windows and then sent us a bill for that as well. Every single window in our home has the same color hardware except for 4 windows, and then he tries to bill us over $400 for his mistake.
