Great service for landlords. I have rented several properties across Bergen and Passaic counties through them. David and Linda brought me all qualified tenants and provided excellent customer service.

I was seeking for an apartment in Haledon area for my client. Mark and Linda were very helpful, generous, and patient in helping me getting the apartment. I ended up did not take the apartment due to an abrupt change of client's case but when I have to look for the apartment in those area, I will definitely contact them!

I have been using Home Hunters since the early 90's when I rented my first apartment and have referred many people there over the years. I just signed up again last week and already signed a new lease. After reading a few negative reviews I was wondering what people really expected for $150. These are listings that are normally charged a whole month's rent on. The whole reasoning behind a 4 month service is because it might take a few weeks not everyone is as fortunate as myself to find a place in two days but it definitely NOT A SCAM and I would recommend to anyone that has some time to look.

I used them several years ago and signed up for a few months. I had a lot going on and was able to find not one, but two apartments. The first was a studio, then I got engaged and my fiance and I used it again to find a house to rent.
I remember things did not stay listed for long. You have to know what you want and be ready to jump on it.

Dont even waste your time. This is biggest scam to date. They take your money tell you they are here to help you find a place. Once they get your money your on your own. All the listings are bullshit, rented or occupied. The guy i spoke to wont even answer my calls anymore. I had my account for over 6 days and still no new listing. Its all a lie. This guy wants ur money and doest care if u find a place. I been trying to contact them for over 4 days and still no answer save ur time and money its a scam and i will dispute this thur my bank to get my refund.
