Purchased item from them and it came damaged via freight. Allan the owner promised everything will be taken care of. Received refund for item and furniture was picked up by freight company. BUT I was slapped with a bill from the freight company for the return. Spoke with Allan and he said it would be taken care of, this was in March 09, then I received past due invoices in April, May and June. I called almost every week and spoke with Susan who said it would be taken care of. THEN this week she tells me that they won't be taking care of it and that that particular company in which I purchased furniture is no longer in business. I've spoken to her on a weekly basis to take care of it and she assured me she would only to have her lie to me and say it's all on me, the item wasn't damaged, I'm lucky I got my money back, etc, etc. Called Allan the owner to speak with him and he said, "I can't help you" then hung up on me.
