So much fun - I loved the "cooking for the week" class. Tons of information about ingredients and local foods, friendly chef in a bright and cheery kitchen. Highly recommend!

I took Bootcamp I and II (both 4 week classes, once a week) and had Chef John for Bootcamp I and Chef Erica for Bootcamp II. Both bootcamps were AMAZING! I highly recommend this class to anyone who has the slightest interest in cooking. Will definitely consider booking another class through Home Cooking New York.
