The Infant room is absolutely incredible. The ladies there truly take care of the children. Sadly, when the child goes into the toddler room things change. My son was getting abused by another child and they refused to do anything about it. Once a week for 3 weeks my son came home with a bite mark, which yes it is pretty normal however, on week 3 he was scratched on his face and his arms very badly. Because as a mother you want to know why these things are happening and become extremely concerned so they decided to kick my son out. The owner basically told me that If she was the mother she wouldn't drop him off there. There is no great service at all or understanding. If a situation is too much they kid out the child. This incident accrued when both my nephews were in the toddler room. Sadly, the boys were going through a tough time adjusting so they decided to kick out my nephews because they couldn't handle it.
If your child is an infant I say go for it. However, any other class room higher than that is a disgrace and a poor excuses for what the do or should I say don't do. Save your child from the humiliation and abuse and go somewhere else.
