Holy Name Medical Center

No one called me back and followed up. I am still fighting over the bill from their irresponsible mammogram procedure. They passed their responsibility to other departments and they said they don't know what to do. They don't know how to solve the problem. Is it hospital or small store? How come NO ONE follows up, don't pick up my phone, ignore my message, and just having the bill company send a bill? Speechless. It doesn't matter about the bill amount. Their whole organization just made me pissed off.
DO NO GO THERE FOR MAMMOGRAM! It is better to use a local small facility.

HORRIBLE customer service --- no call back and they do not take ownership of the call. They do not warn you about the charges. Their billing personnel transfer you without alerting you to where you are being transferred to. Managers do not call back. NEVER again. I will advice all my friends and family to avoid this hospital. They are RUDE in the billing department. But, they do send you mail asking for donations on a timely basis.

I took my daughter to the er. It was clean, roomy, & high tech. The staff was polite, caring, efficient &
knowledgeable. She felt much better and I got to watch some music awards behind the curtains. Thank you HNMC

Do not go! The treatment looks Okay but medical bills are the worst part. I have medical insurance but some test or doctor are not in net work and got huge bill. When I contact them they replied rude and say no plan available to help payment plans. That hospital has no financial helps, then you will be fighting with medical bills with them.

i went there after an accident wit my 2 kids. the ped. said they were fine . i believed her . 1 wekk after my baby was crying and telling her neck hurts. went back and the PED. REFUSES to DO an XRAY OR mray jst to make sure she was fine. i had to wait because the ped. didint wanted do it . -..- so i hav to tell her i wanted a letter wth the hospital and signature that they r refusing to check my daugther jst because she thought my baby was fine . and AFTER SHE COULD SEE MY BABYS FACES EVERYTIME SHE MOVED MY DAUGHTHER HEAD. ITS NT THE FIRST TIME I COME TO THIS PLACE ITS ALWAYS THE SAME.BUT UNFORTUNATELY WAS THE CLOSES . IF YOU CAN FROM DAY 1 OR AMBULANCE CHOOSE HACKENSACK OR ENGLEWOOD .. WHEN KIDS R INVOLVED.(PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THEY SHOULDNT DO THIS) AND YOU YOUR RIGHTS WHEN THEY DENIED SOMETHING ASK TO TALK TO A MANAGER OR A HEADLETTER WITH DR SIGNATURE.
