Worst experience of my life..
Made an appointment complaining that I could not floss me upper molar.. Got sat down and immediately was asked to take X Rays before attempting to open my mouth.. I asked why they couldn't use the X-Rays that were given only 5 Months prior for my cleaning. Nonetheless They gave me another set of X-Rays. Finally my mouth was open.. She gave me a cleaning " Didn't Ask" And after finishing didn't even test the tooth to see if floss would glide naturally without tearing. Sent in a claim to my insurance Requesting a "Cap" Thankfully the Claim was denied. I returned two weeks later stating the issue has not been resolved. She mentioned she was to re do the filling and I won't be happy but she said I now have two other cavities on the surrounding teeth. In my mind im wondering why this wasn't told to me on the first set of X-Rays only A short period of time Prior..I asked why they originally wanted to give me a cap.. Her response.. "Who said That!" I said The dentist? she responded with " I'm the dentist" I said Miss, you guys put a claim into my insurance.. Why now, do you want to simply want to re fill it? Anyway I left and told them to email my X-Ray to Aberdeen Family Dental. Where I just left and stated there are no other two cavities. I was disgusted!!! I have a 5pm apt where I will have my Filling re filled and be on my way.
Bottom Line. Do not go here. It's not a car you're messing with.. It's peoples heath and Mouth. I'm seriously disgusted and almost at the point I want to file a claim with insurance.. telling me I need a cap then once it gets denied.. Telling me i need to cavities drilled.. Sure why not bill my insurance.. Avoid this place like the plague!!!!!
