I can't count the number of times I've been here as a bridesmaid for my friends' weddings, the dress selection is amazing, and they have the most assortment of styles that I have seen in any dress shop! The choices are beautiful, and I went nowhere else when choosing the bridesmaids dresses for my own wedding! Staff is helpful, and great with fittings and alterations- which by the way, are FREE, a bonus amongst dress shops where you typically have to pay for alterations separately!

Where do I begin. Hollywood Bridal is a great place of business. I have been a bridesmaid several times and recommended this place to various people. When I mean I've been a bridesmaid I mean 2 to 3 weddings in one year every year. I have been a loyal customer for more than 9 years and continue to keep going back due to the excellent customer service that is provided to me by the staff. I have been their customer since they were located in Union in a small store. Even though the store was small at the time the variety of selection was incredible. They went above and beyond to order the specific dresses that the bride was looking for at the time and even offered their opinion which was helpful, kind and in no way out of line. Everytime I have been in a wedding I have been treated with utter respect and kindness from every staff member. Hollywood Bridal can be busy at times but still maintain the courtesy and great customer service to their customers.

I have also been in their many of times for dresses that were not related to bridesmaid and have had a huge selection to choose from whether it would be a specific brand or color I was looking for. I have had the experience of needing alternations done and they were very helpful in giving me an opinion on what size and how it should look.

Maria and the staff at Hollywood Bridal are excellent and I will continue to go there until my special day arrives because I know that I will be in good hands.

I love everyone at this bridal shop. They are so nice and friendly. They are ready to step in and help when needed, but will also leave you alone when you want to just enjoy the dresses and talk to your friends about them. They are not high pressure like some of the other bridal shops I've been to. They let me take pictures of all the dresses I like to narrow my choices down. I can't say enough nice things about them.

I'm a very indecisive bride and had not been able to find MY dress for quite some time. I ordered one dress, then fell in love with another. They were happy to call the manufacturer and switch it for me. And then I found my DREAM DRESS by accident. I felt horrible asking them to switch it again, but they called up the manufacturer again for me and they did.

I'm so excited. Any other bridal shop would have told me that I have to eat up my deposit or something crazy, but they were so proactive in helping me get my dress. I'm getting married in Oct 2010, I should be getting my dress in in August. CAN'T WAIT!!

First of all, I am the maid of honor in a wedding, and I met with a few of the bridesmaids and mother of the bride and groom to look for dresses. I had some dresses that I selected previously. As soon as I walked into the door I was treated like a second class citizen. Granted the location didn't have ANY of the styles I was looking for, but they DID NOT offer ANY assistance with finding alternatives. While trying on dresses the sales people gave us no kind of assistance. We were left to do it ourselves. I thought they were going to help us in the fitting room, MY MISTAKE!!!!!
They barely listen to any thing that I was looking for and didn't make anyone feel comfortable while trying dresses on. This place is horrible from the dress selection to the customer service. Should have known that it sucked by their Awful website!!! They should change their name to Hollywood Horrible Bridal, a bridal salon with Horrible customer service and a Horrible selections.
