Holiday Inn New York City - Wall Street is a great place for a drink, meet new people and have a great time. The service is good, they are friendly and attentive to customer requirements but sometimes take a little and finally as to place is nice and cozy although it is a bit noisy

Great location and friendly staff. Needs a bit of tlc but I'd stay there again.

This was a great stay. Had a small issue with the hotwire booking. The friendly and professional staff immediately handled the situation to our complete satisfaction, even getting us checked in to our room early. Great location in the financial district and very close to the WTC memorial. Thanks guys!

This Holiday Inn is THE WORST hotel I ever stayed in.

Small and claustrophobic and smelly rooms. The bathroom is the size of a bigger carton box. Sound isolation is non existent, inside the rooms it is very noisy (from other rooms, from the hallway, from outside).
There is practically no reception desk, no lobby, no place to meet or to sit with others from the group.

The window looks into some creepy building just few feet away from the hotel.

DO NOT GO THERE!

P.S. I give one star because the system would not allow no star.

My experience at this hotel almost wrecked my entire trip to the city. Somehow, the price that I was quoted at booking almost tripled, and the general manager would NOT work with us in correcting the situation. She was the most condescending, disrespectful person in management I have ever dealt with. I ended up having to call guest relations who called the manager who refused to even work with them!! Ultimately, Guest Relations refunded a small portion of the loss, and to my understanding fined the hotel over this incident. To top it off, I requested another bottle of shampoo and was brought one full and one half-used bottle of shampoo with residue on the outside and everything. It was disgusting. WiFi was terrible. Toilets flush very slowly. No refrigerator in room. Rooms are TINY but the bed was comfortable...not enough that I would EVER stay there again or recommend anyone else staying there!! Save yourself the headache...find another hotel!!!!!
