Holiday Inn New York City-Midtown-57Th St.

Very nice place, reasonable price for Manhattan. Pool was very nice, on top floor of a building. We will definitely stay there again.

Good location close to central park but actualy very poor service. Employees are not smily, you feel that they are fed-up with their jobs. Grooms are more busy to ask you to respect the rules (not allowed to seat on a chair, as it was not the right place of the chair in the lobby...)
My kids have been refused to come to the pool 3 hours after check-out while we were waitîng to leave for the airport and temperature was 36 degrees...
The pool employee (who was mainly focused on his Ray-Ban look) argued he would be kicked by his boss...no room for flexibily or kindness...perhaps some tips would have been necesary...

Generaly speaking, if you are looking for good or even standard services, I strongly advise to avoid this hotel.

Accommodations were nice and staff very friendly. Was very close to all the great NYC locations. Not too pricey for the stay. Would recommend for easy stress free lodging.
