Holiday Inn Express New York Jfk Airport Area

Easy to find, minutes away from the airport. Staff was friendly and room was clean.

Room was very clean. Customer service and front desk were really nice and friendly. The FREE breakfast was yummy and a nice idea since there's no place to eat close by and it was freezing biting brick cold outside.

Average King sized room. Only complaints were thermostat controls; hard to figure out. And noise from hallway.

Danger this Holiday Inn express is used to house homeless adult male sex offenders. Hard to believe but true these men hang out front in the parking lot asking paying guests for cigarettes money ect. When I would go to my room there was an overpowering stench of body odor that filled the hallway. The staff would try to mask this smell with tons of carpet fresh deodorizer which made the air heavy and harder to breathe if you're asthmatic you know how I was feeling. This has been the worst experience I've ever had staying away from home it's no place for children as these disheveled men frightened mine own. The Holiday Inn corporate offices should not let this place exist as it does now. Holiday Inn express Jamaica New York off the north conduit road.

Loved and appreciated every interaction with this hotel - booking it from jfk directly, the front desk staff, the restaurant, the shuttle drivers, the rooms. After dealing with travel delays, missed connections, and being in Time Square all week, I appreciated the extra TLC. I was also away from my 6 month old baby for the first time. I had frozen breast milk and pumping to deal with and they didn't blink an eye to help me. Thank you to everyone who works at this airport hotel for saving me from going insane on a hard travel day. You won't regret staying here.
