This place is a dump. The staff here is predominately Hispanic which is ideal for the neighborhood, however not necessarily ideal when the Manager has a condescending demeanor towards African American Males in conjunction to going the extra mile to find fault for dismissal/termination. The same hand reprimands wrong doing but the end result is more than a slap on the wrist for young black males. This 5 floor walk up brings a dim atmosphere with the higher floors occupied primarily by men of color while the lower floors are noticeably of similar background/heritage and bi-lingual. The one positive is that clients can learn from one another gaining knowledge of translation Spanish-English and from English-Spanish.
