Hofstra University

This is a great school, from the out looking in. It has a beautiful campus and is just magnificent.

Western University is one of the best schools in Long Island the education can take you far in life once one apply themselves

I loved it but now I'm not so sure. My daughter has been asking her advisor for help in getting an internship since the winter when she was a junior. She is now a senior, and must have an internship done to graduate. My daughter has asked her advisor for help in at least 10 emails. The advisor keeps pushing her to the side...Upon visiting the university, it was great--all that was promised, anyway! My daughter will now visit the President of the University, Mr. Rabinowitz in hopes of getting help. She makes Deans list EVERY semester and also made PROVOST. With all of the money we pay, the LEAST we should expect is a little help! We shall see, because if my daughter does not graduate in May 2016 because of this nonsense you will hear from a very angry mother!!!!!

I am extremely disappointed in Hofstra University and its employees. We have paid our deposit, have made numerous attempts to contact financial aid to have questions answered and STILL have not received a call back. So we tried contacting others we have dealt with along the way via email and phone messages. STILL NO RESPONSE. What a real disappointment. My daughter WILL NOT be attending Hofstra!

Great school. Great education. You get what you pay for. Had an AMAZING 4 years dorming. Go pride!
