The technician robbed by debit card and cash...

I recommend everyone not to go to Hoboken Radiology, LLC, they are thieves. I had my credit cards, debit card and cash in my wallet exactly before I checked into the radiology center as I noticed it while taking out my insurance ID from the wallet. Soon after a few minutes I was called inside the room by the technician for the test and asked to leave my bag on the desk beside, in the middle I had to go to the attached bathroom to undress, I believe that is when she robbed it!
Moreover, the technicians are rude and have no bedside manners as I have experienced since 2 times, while doing ultrasound she was literally poking the probe, which was really hurting more than usual.

Messy and unprofessional service.

They made me wait in the office for an extra hour past scheduled ultrasound appointment time with a full bladder. Not a pleasant experience, especially being the only patient waiting for sono in the room.

Then the tech did not perform all the measurements she was supposed to do for the first trimester of pregnancy, so I missed my screening. Or just would say that this sono was a waste of time.

And finally they billed me wrong, so now I have to spend my time calling them and figuring this out.

As I am walking out of this clinic I am thinking how seamlessly everything went, everyone was nice and pleasant to deal with, no unhappy annoyed faces. No problem that I did not have my insurance card on me they took care of everything!
Thank you! For having the way to help me! I would recommend the place to anyone and will know they are very well taken care off. To the manager and the owner this is a job well done I salute you!

Receptionist Vanessa was extremely rude and unaccomodating. I asked for my x-ray films after being x-rayed and she told me I could not have them and need to come in tomorrow. I told her I am not leaving without them. She proceeded to tell me she would try and it may take another 10-20 minutes. I sat down in the waiting room and seconds later the x-ray tech came out and handed them to me.

Aside from crabby Vanessa the receptionist the office was fine.

Went there a while ago.. on a saturday. thought for sure i was gonna waste a huge part of my day waiting and getting my test done...but these guys were awesome. totally ran on time and I was in and out . Staff was super friendly. great experience
