Regular patron. Would say 4.5 stars but that's not an option. Typically will take my younger children, but my older children will also go on their own. I like the staff (yes, they are not perfect but generally are very good). The collection of books on site is meh, but interlibrary lending system is fast and great... and not just for books (ie movies and music). Nice building next to a terrific park.

I do love having access to the library and the elevator makes it easy to use. I do however, have difficulty finding books, the books they have that is. I would ask for help but it has never failed that when I need help the library employees are busy talking about VERY personal subjects in Super Loud voices. They also talk about library customers after they leave. It is a very uncomfortable situation to be in.

The computer area is great. I use it a lot. But some of the librarians only stop their loud personal conversations long enough to tell customers to be quiet. Then they go back to being loud and annoying. I wish they would practice what they preach.

All my interactions with the staff have answered my questions, and generally they are great to talk with. They fulfill orders quickly. And I've found what I need myself virtually every time when it was reported to be on the shelves.
