I had to cancel an appointment at the last minute for an unavoidable schedule change and the office staff was very rude about it. They then would only give me a 7:30 pm appointment on any given day and were inflexible about this policy.

Don't know what happened to this place recently but I went there over a year ago for an MRI and had no problems since they were in my insurance network plan. Service and staff were good.
Was going to go back recently for another MRI and set an appointment and they called me beforehand on multiple occasions to tell me I had to pay my yearly deductible upfront (couple hundred $$$). Instead of doing what they are supposed to do according to my medical insurance carrier which would be to submit the claim to the insurance company, insurance co. figures and tracks the deductibles, then I would pay my share after they bill me.
Told them this on the phone but they said nope and if there was a problem I would have to deal with my insurance to get reimbursed. Obviously if I paid the deductible at the time of visit the insurance company would have no clue and not been able to track it properly. Girl on the phone was nasty about it too.
