The Hoboken Fire Department was great to work with from start to finish. The dispatcher listened to my concerns over a small electrical fire in one of my ceiling fans, due to some flooding in an apartment above that caused a shortage. They arrived on the scene quickly, identified the problem and the fire captain and his crew provided some safety guidance and other suggestions. They were even nice enough to install a small smoke detector to provide a little extra protection. All in all, I'm glad we called them and prevented a small problem from becoming a much bigger one. Kudos to Hoboken FD for a job well done.
