One of the very few take out places left in the down town NYC area. You can get a HUGE meal for under 10 bucks. That's a rarity in NY!

Might be the most popular Chinese restaurant in Wall St area. Their buffet after 2pm has a discount. It's like 5.5 dollars per lb. Before 2pm, it's around 7 dollars per lb.

Fast and easy, very well priced. We did the buffet which was very tasty but could've been a little warmer. the cashier was very rushed and it was a little hard to understand what she was saying but overall good meal, would come again

The Wonton noodle soup was really delicious. As was the sushi (which surprised me because it was just a regular type roll). The service was good, too.
However, I think the main dishes we had (a chicken with peppers dish, and a black bean fish dish) were just alright. Their fried pork dumpling's skin was way too thick for my taste, and the house friend dumpling was also just okay.

This place is really basic. Order at a counter and bring food to cafeteria style tables. So no ambience, bit feels like many basic places I've seen in Hong Kong.
The food was fine. Veggies very not over cooked and chicken fine. I based my rating on the quite reasonable prices, given its location.
