Justin helped us out and did a terrific job servicing us. He was very patient while my fiancé and i looked through many options and definitely made the experience worth while. They also have a wide selection so finding something shouldn't be difficult. they also offer customized rings of your selection. I definitely recommend!

After entering H.L. Gross Jewelers, I said, "I would like to meet the famous Bruce." I said that because I read so many rave reviews about him online and had to meet this person. Funny thing, when I walked in and said that, Bruce was the person in the front of the store and heard me say that. Bruce lives up to the reviews, he is very personable and takes his time with you. My relationship with HL Gross & Bro. Jewelers began on line, where I sent an inquiry and Bruce responded. From our first on-line communication up until the day we walked into the store Bruce offered dynamic customer service. He was knowledgable about the settings, giving detailed descriptions of the metals and most importantly Bruce was patient. We ultimately went with platinum for our metal and hubby got a Tacori wedding band with diamonds and I got a Simon G setting and matching band. Did I mention that the store was hosting a bridal event with several of the designer's representatives were present as well as someone who also had stones to browse. Pricing was reasonable and as expected for the type of rings we wanted to buy. The event was wonderful and so were the mimosas and again Bruce's patience, as I changed my mind for the second or third time on a setting. Overall, I highly recommend that you jump in the car and take the trip to Garden City. Note: Making an appointment ensure that you have a scheduled time to peruse all of your options (although I am certain you can walk in as well). Again, thank you Bruce and HL Gross & Bro. Jewelers. Our rings are amazing and worth every penny!

When shopping for an engagement ring you don't want to visit any ordinary jeweler. You want to jeweler that will give you the full experience. You need a jeweler that will explain to you everything about a diamond from its clarity and cut a jeweler that will review with you every detail on a ring and a jeweler who knows what he is talking back. That's the experience that I got from Bruce at H.L. Gross. Bruce sat down with me and took the time to explain what makes a diamond perfect, he explain the process that they would be making my ring, even took the time out of his day to get my ring appraised.

With Bruce you feel like family and to an Italian man such as myself that's a big deal.

My husband purchased my beautiful Tacori engagement ring from Gross, so obviously we went back for the matching wedding bands! Bruce was simply AMAZING! Professional, patient and friendly.
