Like the other reviewer, I found that he lacked compassion and had no patience for questions, even after I developed a very badly inflamed prostate. And my NEW urologist makes a cytoscopy far less painful than when Hirsch did it.
He is a good technician, but no people skills. He shold have become a veternarian
