Lobby was great for a quick meeting with a guest there. The wifi was slow, so that was a little frustrating.

Ok first of all when I looked at it just from the outside I knew that this was an old hotel. We originally had reserved 2 double beds but when we got there they said that the double bed room was not ready. I was very upset so we had to stay in a room with a king bed. The furniture was super old and when we got ready for bed and took the blankets out and some of the bed sheet came out too. For the price we paid I don't think it was worth it at all.

I gave it one star because that's the lowest. I'm highly disappointed with this hotel, I stayed here two years ago and loved it so obviously when a family member asked to to help them find a hotel in NYC I recommend the Hilton Manhattan east. I made the reservations myself for her and got her a "King superior room with a jacuzzi" for 3 days and 4 nights. When she checked in they told her they don't have rooms with jacuzzis (a lie because I stayed in one with a jacuzzi) and she was also told they don't have anything else available as its a busy weekend (valentines weekend). I called myself and spoke to guest services and thought the problem was solved to later find out they refused to switch her room because she smoked in the room, yet upon checking in they didn't say it was a non smoking room.

Completely disappointed in this "Hilton" it's definitely run down. This is not a standard Hilton this is a low budget Hilton. he furniture looks old, mold in the sink, it looks like they tried to refurnish and just did a bad job. My bed sheet had a stain (I got that changed). Also they do not let food deliveries come upstairs, but offer gross room service. There's no winning in this hotel. Positive note - Great Location!

The lobby is nice, but otherwise I would suggest staying elsewhere for the cost. The rooms are outdated feeling and cramped, and my room had many things in disrepair (outlet not secured to the wall, door wouldn't shut all the way on it's own, the privacy latch at the top was hardly hanging on the door and door frame) There was a constant buzzing from what I am guessing is the breaker box in the closet. Some channels on the TV wouldn't work at different times.
It should be noted, skip the breakfast buffet, what is offered does not justify the price.
