Great location if you have an early flight. Very close to the rental car facility.
This is a fairly new facility, and the rooms are clean and typically furnished for a HGI, however, the rooms are about 20% smaller than the standard rooms I have stayed in, and they use the solid base bed frames that seemingly destroy your shins hidden under the sheets when you walk by.
They also do not have enough parking if they are more than 75% full, so you may have to park in the street in a bit of a rough neighborhood. They did honor my parking rate that was included in my rate I chose, so I was still able to park on site.

Check in was a breeze, very friendly and attentive staff. Room was clean and bathroom slightly bigger than standard. Restaurant pricey and no nearby places to eat within walking distance. But ordering out is easy, lots of places deliver.

I had to extend my stay in New York due to an illness and was put up at the Hilton by my company travel agent. I could not have selected better myself. The service is stellar and beyond excellent. From the welcome you receive by the shuttle driver (water and a snack, a welcome relief) to the steady and helpful, incredibly patient, unbelievably well informed and genuinely thoughtful staff of the front desk, guest services, housekeeping and restaurant, you could not in my opinion find a better place to call a home away from home. I am a complete snob when it comes to accommodations. The Hilton Garden Inn exceeds every measuring stick I carry. Thank you for a warm and heartfelt caring stay during a most difficult time.

Recently did an interview there with the Chef Marie who was very rude ....She suggested that I should've used a relative that works with Hilton instead of going out on my own interview .she also let me know that there would be no option to move up ,in a growing company like Hilton that's hard to believe...point of it all if you are looking to be apart of the Hilton family THIS IS NOT THE LOCATION FOR YOU the Costumer Service and Welcoming service is disgusting gives Hilton a bad name Hospitality and respect is definitely not first on their list
