Poor business practice! ! I went there to fix a cracked screen for my Samsung Note 2, went there the next day to find out that the glass screen was replaced inappropriately causing air bubble to accumulate underneath the screen. When I demanded that they properly replace the screen, he wanted $20 extra so that he may put "Glue" underneath the screen. This phone doesn't come with GLUE underneath the screen! ! He also said that I would have to wait few more days because he will have to send the phone somewhere else to get it repaired PERFECTLY. What is worst is since the screen wasn't perfectly replaced, my screen lost some of its touchscreen sensitivity!! Save the headache, save the $$$, avoid this establishment.
