4 hrs waiting. I know that I was overcharged for the services to have my kiddo wisdom teeth taken out when compared with my other kids experience.

Nice front desk lady, rude dentist and assistant. Avoid specially if paying out of pocket.

I was referred here by my dentist to have my wisdom teeth removed. Prior to removing my wisdom teeth, I informed the dentists of what medication I am allergic to, both verbally and in writing (medical information paperwork) and they still prescribed me medication that I was allergic to. By the time I went to have the prescription filled and realized that it contained ingredients that I am allergic to the office was closed for the day and for the rest of that week. I was forced to use regular pain meds that were not strong enough and due to the holiday the office was closed Thurs, Fri, Sat and Sun so for 5 days I was forced to just deal with the pain because of their own error. Plus, they did not give any information of approximate recovery time following the extraction or how long bleeding and swelling should last. I had to rely on varying sources on the internet that all had different information because they were not available to answer my questions. They only gave a sheet of information post-extraction that gave basic information. I am thoroughly disappointed.

WAIT TIME WAS ABOUT THE SAME WITH EVERY SPECIALIST APPT. DR HADNT ARRIVED ON TIME HE WAS LATE. Dr A Sadeghi was my oral surgeon he was very pleasant along with the staff i had a really great experience whilst there. I had a Moler extracted and a bone graft procedure and its yet to heal (only day 3) i will write another review in a couple days if the pain doesnt go away. Overall happy with there services but yet to see if the post op healing will go well.
