This place used to be called el charlatan, which in spanish is a trickster or cheat. I believe this place probably changed names to get away with something. Old place, food was mediocre at best, questionable business for sure. I'm not just saying this because they ordered some business printing from me, then acted like they had never done it. You can tell that the board of health needs to take a very close look at this restaurant.
If you really want to compare it with a good peruvian restaurant, try Pollos Chevere in Passaic, but make sure you go to the one in downtown passaic, right off of main street. Once you see the service and quality of food, you will only want the best and freshest seafood peruvian food.
