Hilights Salon

I've been struggling for a while over whether to write this, but I don't want anyone else to have the same experience. I have an appointment for a partial Valley us. It was fifth teen minutes late because I got the time wrong. OK. That is why I never complain during the appointment. It was a four hour appointment so they're still should've been plenty of time to do everything right. Well, my hair looks awful. I had toning done in the fall so I would have a nice natural brown base to work on. It had started to lift when I went in for the Bali Os, but was still pretty good. We agreed to draw streaks of my natural brown color down through my hair and add streaks of blonde, concentrating them at the bottom. They said this was hair painting, which is why it would take so long. Well, the girl working on my hair also worked on three other clients while I was there. Fine, work on them while I'm processing. Instead of that though, she had two other people coming in to slap color on my hair in various places. OKh they said this was hair painting, which is why it would take so long. The problem is that they literally just smacked brown color on the top of my hair, blonde on the bottom, and something less blonde on the middle so it turned orange. You can now see you literally horizontal strips across my hair there are a few blonde streaks running all the way down in front, which is what I saw before I left. They didn't show me the back. I said I loved it because they were still pissy about me being late and because the front looked OK. When I got home and started lifting section, I was horrified. And here is the kick: they charge me for a full value plus the toner plus The blowdry. Anywhere else that's done a process over $200 is definitely not charge me for the blowdry. I definitely ask though, wasn't it a partial Valley eyes. They checked with the stylist and she said it was a full. Both of those women have confirmed earlier that I was partial. I paid an extra $80 my hair now looks worse then before the toner in the fall. Now I want someone else to fix it, but I've gone and blowing all my money on this awful result. They've cut my hair before and it's the lowest quality cut I've gotten at a salon that wasn't master cuts. It's cute, they offer you coffee, they have trendy decorations, and they're nice, but your hair is going to look like crap

I own a Tanning salon down the street from them and a customer was raving about it So I tried it What a GREAT salon.... They make you feel right at home from the time you walk in too the time you leave but most importantly ALL of the hairstylists are AMAZING...

Salon is absolutely awesome! The whole team is very friendly, fun and outgoing. I go to Linda and she's amazing, listens to what I want and always delivers. I usually always take her suggestions cause she always has great ones! Highly recommended, definitely get what you pay for.
