THIS PLACE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN. MY WIFE GOT INTO A CAR ACCIDENT IN ELIZABETH NJ AND THE COP CALLED THIS COMPANY. SHE LEFT IN AN AMBULANCE AND TOOK HER PURSE BUT LEFT HER WALLET AND PHONE ON THE PASSENGER SEAT. WENT TO PICK THE CAR UP THE FOLLOWING MORNING TO BRING IT TO MY AUTO BODY SHOP AND HER WALLET AND PHONE WERE MISSING. HER PH0NE WAS TRACKED TO HIGHWAY TOWINGS YARD THAT NIGHT AND THE FOLLOWING MORNING MUST HAVE BEEN TURNED OFF. FILED A COMPLAINT WITH THE BBB AND CITY HALL. THE EMPLOYEES HERE DID MORE DAMAGE TO HER VEHICLE WHEN TOWING BASED ON THE PHOTOS I HAVE FROM THE ACCIDENT. THE WOMAN AT THE FROM DESK WAS EXTREMELY NASTY. EXPLAINS WHY SHE WORKS AT A TOW YARD AND NOT A REAL CAREER.

The customer service is unpleasant, for lack of a better word. When calling on behalf of our company, I misheard some information. When repeating it back to ensure it was correct, I was cutoff and told, "No. Why would I say that? There's no such thing as..." It's unfortunate that a simple call to get a vehicle out of their facility, was immediately met with such a lack of customer service.

Pray that you dont get your car towed by this company. It was blantly obvious that when my car was towed here, the workers took my battery and my muffler. Customer service was a disgrace to top it off. She got on the loudspeaker and told my brother to step back from the femce but we both went in anyways as they clearly didnt respect us. Someone Demo this whole place and build something useful
