Administration is unsympathetic and unhelpful in the care of loved ones. Care staff leaves patients in the hall for hours after meals. Patients not well looked after.

I WOULD GIVE THIS FACILITY 0 STARS IF IT WOULD ACCEPT MY COMMENT WITHOUT CHOOSING ANY STARS, AS IT IS THE WORST WHEN IT COMES TO PATIENT CARE AND ATTENTION, AS WELL AS COMMUNICATION. DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT SEND ANYONE TO THIS FACILITY! MY FATHER IN LAW IS HIGH RISK AND CAME DOWN WITH PNEUMONIA AT HIGHFIELD GARDENS AND NO ONE IS ACKNOWLEDGING THAT WE NEED TO GET HIM TO THE HOSPITAL BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT ADMINISTERING CHEST PT OR ANYTHING BUT AN ANTIBIOTIC, THEY DO NOT HAVE HIM UP AND MOVING AROUND, IT IS TOO MUCH TROUBLE FOR THEM. THIS IS THE WORST!
