We called for service on our Subzero and had
Service the same day. Brian diagnosed the problem went over everything with us and
Fixed it in the same visit. Excellent and fast service and great price for the repair. We highly recommend high tech and will use them again!

We called this company for servicing our sub zero, they told our fan is not working and will cost 400 to replace this fan and 22 for new wings, we have no choice we told them to change it. Later we find on Amazon that the fan with wings only cost 50 $ and not $400 as charged by high tech person.
Such a rip off , also we found out that the old fan was working properly , they just remove the wire to charge us and show us as bad part.
Such a fraud , be careful of this company and do not order any service call with this company .

I had an issue with the repairman's diagnosis and was very impressed that the owner of the company called me to discuss my dissatisfaction. Thanks to this conversation I feel much better about this repair company and would contact them again if necessary.

Fantastic experience, immediate response, knowledgeable, friendly, professional. We had a problem Sunday, and the response was immediate. Brian helped us diagnose what we could do before the tech arrived, and then Mike B. serviced our SubZero and cleaned it as well.

Great communication, timely responsiveness, and reliable. Will definitely recommend the company, and use the company again. Thank you!

It's been 20 yrs since owning my SUB ZERO, suddenly it felt warm, I called High Tech Appliance, left a msge that it was NOT an emergency, none the less the call back was immediate. Technician Brian worked around my schedule to visit the repair. His promptness of a window of time was stellar. His associate Chris was ever so careful with removing the items and shelving from the refrigerator to accomodate Brian in assessing the repair. Their detail to cleanliness was also managed well. I learned of the details to fix the problem and agreed to the service. The part and labor seemed extremely fair as well as the warantee provided. I was asked to call the next day if any problem. The unit was working perfectly shortly after and I remain ever so satisfied all around. I highly recommend High Tech Appliance for their wisdom, and for their consummate customer service. - Bonnie Glogover Edgewater, NJ
