Warning Warning Warning DO NOT BUY a car at this place this was our experience with buying a used 2007 Mustang GT we had a trade in a 2010 Ford Fusion we came in and spoke with Jay Rana who was very nice to you when buying the car our trade has a cracked windshield our sales person Jay told us to bring car in and pick up our Mustang "don't worry about windshield" we picked up our Mustang and the first call I get the next morning was how am I paying for the windshield on my trade in" there finance manager Robert Broit would not release our license plates to us which we paid and outrageous price for DOC FEE of $399 and the cost of plates and registration was $160 he would not give me my plates which I paid for unless I paid him the $150 for the windshield on my trade I was told by Robert Briot that the car I purchased from them was safety inspected and was in great condition I own an auto repair shop and checked out the car myself cause it's my wife's car and found the front brake rotors and pads where worn out to nothing which cost me $190 for the parts the tires where bald cost me $550 the trunk latch was broken and trunk would not open cost me $100 for new latch I performed the work myself so no labor chatge when I told Mr Broit about what I spent on the car I just purchased he told me sorry you bought a used car as is these guys are a bunch of phony bullshitting liers I would never recommend anyone to go there THEY ARE OUTRIGHT CROOKS!!!

I delt with Jay and Armin and had a good transaction on purchasing a 2007 Tahoe. The truck runs great and my mechanic even liked it. Even when a slight issue came up, non vehicle related, they took care of it right away. I am not easy to please and they made me feel comfortable throughout my purchase. I will deal with them in future when I am ready to trade her in.

I recently had a positive experience at High Quality Imports purchasing an 07 Ford F150. The service in particular from Armin and Jabran was exceptional. They were always honest,upfront, and listened to my demands. I appreciate Armin's patience as I had to verify a few things in order to get financing and I was traveling at the time. My advice to anyone looking to go there is to understand your financial situation and be straight with the servicemen as they will be straight with you in return.
