Dr. William Matarese is a gifted orthopedic surgeon. He does terrific work. He speaks to people with respect and provides straight answers. He really advocates for his patients. The office of my former primary care provider had not been cooperating with Dr. Matarese's office and he straightened it out immediately. Every doctor should have chutzpah like that. His staff are adequate. The wait to see him can be long. But it is tolerable because he is a professional and gets things right. Surgery times can be difficult to estimate.
