I was displeased with the way Petey Carrazzone performed a procedure. His girls repeatedly made no effort to get my easy name right even though it was right in front of them. So I can't bother using their proper names. I still have no idea why the area was not shaved. Twice I had to beg for more Novocain. And he did not prescribe anything for pain for what was obviously very uncomfortable. If an incision takes about a dozen stitches to close doesn't that merit a prescription for pain? The wait to see Petey is grueling, usually over an hour. Patients are asked for a check as soon as they walk in the door. That is because some people got fed up with the lengthy waits and walked out. Petey's girls act like they are doing you a favor by taking your money and accepting your insurance. They are especially rude if you owe them a little money. And that is frequently their fault because they have no idea how to process claims. But they sure know how to argue. They also enjoy openly discussing your personal medical information with blatant disregard for HIPAA legislation.

The wait to see Peter Carrazzone is long and his staff are rude.
