Needed to swap old RAM to newer faster RAM for my 2011 Macbook Pro. The owner was very friendly and listened to my exact instructions. He gives a reasonable price to switch and replace RAM for laptops. Will do business again. Very swift service dropped off and return same day. The screws on the bottom half of the Macbook Pro were also installed properly. Highly Recommended.

I found HiTech, through a local vintage stereo dealer in my neighborhood. Recently, my NEC A7 amp went out on the fritz; I was dismayed, thinking, that it might not be able to be repaired. I have owned this piece of equipment for 30 years , so it was significant . Since I've had bad experiences in the past, with other electronic repair shops, I went into this experience , with apprehension.. Well, Frank and Conrad at the shop, went so out of the way ,to please me. Not only, was the repair perfect, the service was personable, courteous and professional. I would highly recommend them, to everyone. Their pricing is fair and reasonable, unlike some of the shops I've known.I plan on doing business with these gentlemen, way into the future.

I traveled from Queens to Manhattan and it was worth it. Great service that was willing to help and Frank was very honest. Highly recommended!

Need anything electronic to be fixed? come here. I don't usually write reviews but I was very impressed by their service. I had a macbook pro with a cracked retina screen, I took it to apple and they said I had to pay $600 to get it fixed and it would take a month to repair it. These guys fixed it in one day for a fraction of the price($410) apple asked for. I also had a vizio tv with a faulty hdmi port and they also fixed that in a day.

I had recently bought an Olympus f1.8 lens and adapter to use on my Canon EOS to use for my first official photography job and days before the event my lens adapter got stuck to the camera body. I could jiggle it, but it wouldn't twist off. I researched the problem online and was very scared to find that incorrectly taking it off could break the sensor!

So I called the store and a gentleman told me to come right in, he didn't seem alarmed at all. When I got there, Frank put my mind at ease and told me not to worry. Within a few minutes, he removed the stuck adapter and pointed out a screw that was probably the culprit. He remedied the screw and tested it out on THEIR OWN camera just to make sure it wouldn't get stuck on mine. They were very kind,knowledgeable, helpful and honest. I feel so very lucky to have found this place and now saved it to my contacts for the next gadget that breaks.
